Returns & refund policy
As the purchaser of items from Garden Scents the purchaser agrees that:

All Products on Garden Scents website are available to be delivered only in PURLEY, UK and surrounding area.

Certain Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.

Some Products, Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us using the contact details set out bellow.

All sales are final.

During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management if products are damaged or faulty.

As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us by phone 07886007332 or via email garden.scents@yahoo.com and we will get back to you the same or the next working day.

We will replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during transition and will do so free of charge.

As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds if the issue is reported later than 24 hours after receiving an order. However if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.

Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return. We will inspect all products returned to us as faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged, we may recharge you for the products and costs incurred by us.

As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement

As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Garden Scents reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar “look” and same value stems without prior notice. We will do our best to make the arrangement as similar to the one displayed in the product section as possible.

Your order will be delivered between 8am and 8pm. If you require a timed delivery, please specify in the comments section. We will try to deliver at your preferred time when and if possible.

It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel the order due to insufficient stock or if the admin error occurred on the website. In that case the purchaser will be contacted and offered an alternative.

Garden Scents will not be liable for any loss you suffer through failure to use the product it the proper manner or through altering or modifying products in a careless or negligent manner.
